Here is a thought-exercise for Rivera:

Given the proposition that someone who bypass legal immigration processes is not an "illegal alien," but simply an "undocumented immigrant," does it follow that someone who breaks out of prison is not an "escaped convict," but simply on "undocumented furlough?"

You can break in and be okay, but you cannot break out and be okay?

Bonus question: Given that the Constitution gives the power "to establish a uniform rule of Nationalization" to Congress, is it unconstitutional for a person who is not even a citizen to define their own state of naturalization? Isn't calling someone an "undocumented immigrant" the same as letting the illegal alien define the rule of naturalization instead of Congress?

Outstanding work. Not sure BOR could come up with this on the fly, or cares either way.

Worth getting to him, I would think. He is good about working in things from viewers, good or bad.
