The restaurant scene in DC/area is the wealthiest in the nation. I knew this before it was all spelled out on a Sean Hannity special. The pols/hacks/criminals/Federale employees/contractors who live off our tax dollars only eat the best made by the best!! Plus lobbyist money pours into DC from all corners of the globe and this flows into limousines, restaurants, high class call girls, etc.
Thus Chicago Sam Kass is one of the most networked chefs (meaning huge rolodex that translates into making millions after the White House) on the planet because all chefs who interact with the White House go through him. He also seems to be in charge of the White House garden and beehives, more names for his rolodex.
I kinda keep tack of him because he (seems to be) Jewish like me. He's Moochelles food and exercise adviser and a facilitator. She wants some special chefs to come over and cook (show their stuff to a larger world) on one of her White House "Soul Music" soirees? Sam Kass is the liaison and will arrange this or help arrange this and get entree for some chef buddy of his to get in on the action
SKass is Moochelles stooge not Hussein’s. He hangs out with, interacts with her people which I could only take for 5 minutes
