What makes these guys go up to the District of Corruption and right out of the gate want to "reach across the aisle and make a deal"? Is it all based on fear of the opposition party and the media? Can it be that simple? There should be no deal making in the Senate on amending 2A without going through the process established by our Founders. Until now, I thought this process requires 67 Senators - not 51 as Reid believes, and not 60 to file cloture - and then after passing the Senate it has to get another 292 Representatives in the House. Then it goes to the States where it would require 38 states to ratify it.
NONE OF US SHOULD STAND FOR AN UNCONSTIUTIONAL AMENDMENT BEING JAMMED DOWN OUR THROAT AND......better stop here.
