Now, the liberals are saying the Constitution is “living”.

It wasn’t so when it was ratified.

When did an amendment get ratified that changed it from “fixed” to “living”?

Liberals can’t answer that. It’s simply a usurpation of power, and therefore illegitimate and without authority.
