More like an Obamaeconomy casualty. Apparently, the guy was the owner who got foreclosed on. He was demanding utilities be turned back on.

One of the first procedures in these situations is to cut the power. He also wanted his cellphone and other services restored, which would not be in line with a foreclosure, IMHO!
His house may have been in foreclosure, however, and he just stressed and popped. Now, he is no longer involved in any foreclosure.
Deranged take hostages, and now he’s dead.
Obamaeconomy could have caused his mental breakdown. I can understand that!
