Yes, since dropping the congressional like benefits to being a physician, no free trips, pizza, pens and post-its all dried up after it was outlawed back in the somethings? meaning now, you can probably tip your physician with a 20 dollar bill to keep your name off the list.

I got a free trip in the 90’s to a meeting and the DOD came in and showed us what small pox and anthrax looked like.

Sometimes the free trips are warranted.
