Yes, but on a local level. The only way to get DC to stop is if states get their act together. I think all decent pols in DC should walk out, come home, and help the states exert their sovereignty. Kick out the EPA, DHS, TSA, ATF, NEA, IRS, INS, etc, stop all tax payments, dare the feds to stop us.
