You might not remember, but Yeltsin was Gorbachev’s Veep.
Funny thing, Gorbachev lives, or at least did live, in ‘Frisco, and ol’ Yeltsin is dead.

So, with all the wording that came from Yeltsin, as Veep, might just now be coming from Senile Joe, who is our Communist’s Veep.
