The whole point of this is to get house members on record. The Dem consultants want it. I won't get into a discussion of whether or not it will help or hurt some or all of them, that's a discussion we have had all over FR for years. I'm just pointing out that the Democrats believe it will help them with liberal-women turnout in contested house races.
I’m sure they believe that, but the election os way too far on the future at this point to know what affect this will have.
