Sebelius complained that "no one fully anticipated" the difficulties involved in implementing ObamaCare, or how confusing it would be with the public. Actually Sh*thead Sebelius, a lot of people foresaw this and warned against and fought against the bill's passage, but a Democratic president and Congress rammed it through anyway. Why? POWER!

And if the GOP were smart, it'd be focused on making sure that, come next November, the public knows that, too. It's not.
