We have been taken over by the insiders (Democrats by name - but Socialists/Communists by their actions) slowly to be sure but coming at a faster and faster pace. You will recognize the results by what the Media reports. Leftist revolts and demands!
Are we doomed, probably but still hope for enough that recognize the slow but steady pattern of Government slavery. I sure don’t count on the GOP to save us but so far no other party has arisen to protest. Sorry, we have no saviors in the GOP. They are “finger in the air” folks that don’t understand freedom. Just read today’s news!

Thanks for posting. Bernie Marcus, who retired many many years before HD got into all of their pollitical correctness and so on, has been one of the best pro opportunity voices in the nation for years - and is brilliant when he tells how liberal government is preventing business opportunities today - the opportunities he’s already had and made zillions from. It is a shame that ignorant hatefilled Freepers think he’s complaining, or blaming him for HD’s current stances on social issues, and show their abject lack of any understanding of basic economics with their bizarre and absurd rants.
Any Bernie Marcus interview is a great lesson on pure opportunity economics, and he’s terrific at it. He’s helped create more millionaires out of ordinary folks, who happen to start working for him at the right time, than just about anyone else alive in the country today....and his message about how that could not happen today is not a complaint for him - he’s made his - it’s a warning to all of us who would like such a chance.
