I'm no constitutional expert but what happens if they break that oath which obviously they are doing? Absolutely nothing. Same for Representatives, Judges, and the President.
That, IMO, is the fatal flaw in the Constitution.

My God, then that whole oath is mere window dressing, an absolute con game which scams trust from the people. That is outrageous, that has to end. Any politician who breaks that oath should be held accountable immediately. Above all the people have to rise up and get out of this mindset that our PUBLIC SERVANTS THAT WE PAY FOR are not effin’ Royalty!
