I GOT IT! Effective way to avoid the “Rain Tax”: CHIA PETS! Based on my sidewalk (about 275’), back patio, front porch and that luxury of having a roof, I figure I need approximately 2400’ square feet of chia seeds to plant in the late June. They germinate in just a few days and will be full in about a week if my Chia Shrek was any indicator. The satellites will never catch on.
