By the way, Maryland is a party to "The Chesapeake Bay Compact", "The Susquehannah River" Compact" "The Potomac River Compact", all of which are dedicated to the enviromental health of the Bay and tributaries, and all of which are honored in the breach. So in sum this tax is just more theft from the people of Maryland.
