So they were shooting a music video? What exactly is the problem?

Clearly Sheila Jackson Lee is gonna have to yell at her staff some more. Apparently there were cameras out there shooting a music video for members "of the community" and she was not in front of said cameras.
You know that Sheila's staff give her the worst ratings and don't stay long in the job?
And he used that on the album cover. Talk about cred.
If you notice the “gentleman” to his left on the cover is Scarface. His song is playing in Office Space when Michael Bolton locks his door. He is also the pimp Upgrayedd from Idiocracy. (the two D’s are for a double dose of his pimpin’)
