1. Do consumers buy their power direct from the TVA?
2. Or do private/public utilities serve the consumers and buy their power from the TVA?

TVA users do pay less, and we get good serviceWell, maybe thats because someone else is kicking in. Let the users fully fund it by privatizing it or turning it into a giant private co-op.
