Did anyone just hear CT Senator Murphy say something like: this is a horrendous case, and anytime there are outlyers like this, the government should come in and crack down, but that has nothing to do with keeping abortion safe and legal for those who want to do it within the confines of the law. I found myself slapping my head and asking, why is that differnt than Newtown being a horrendous case, a mentally ill person, and how about a statement that that has othing to do with keeping gun owners safe and legal for those who want to exercise their second ammendment right.
