“Neighbors say the victim had a very strong dislike for the government.” What does this have to do with it? If that was some sort of motive you would think he would target a government facility. Why not just accept that this guy was a looney and blew himself up, oh yeah then they wouldn’t be able to try and tie it to the NRA, Tea Party, Conservatives, etc.

The media is shaping a narrative incrementally. It starts off with some small "fringe" groups or people. They want to make it seem like those who dislike or distrust the government are kooks. They want to "normalize" the idea that distrust of government is insane.

They're starting small and just peppering it into otherwise unrelated stories. Over time, it will become the primary motives for any criminal activities.

In some odd round about way, I suppose it means that people who have a strong dislike for the govt are likely to have explosives and belong to the tea party. Or something.
