I’m not much of a concert goer but I would like to see him in concert. I pray for his quick recovery. Sounds like he’s had a few problems over the years - it’s all coming back to him now.
He has a fantastic voice-I have a couple of his songs on a CD of favorites in my truck. I don’t remember him ever being less than way overweight, though-knee replacements, fatigue, etc-apparently it has caught up with him. I’m always surprised when someone-anyone in the public eye carries around too much weight like that-it isn’t the best example to set.
I saw him a few years ago. Was pretty good, but on Paradise by the Dashboard Light his co-singer was about the same age as the girl on the original album and their age difference made it look decidedly weird.
