I don’t know if that is a clue or what. I mean, if you want to terrorize the Boston marathon, why not hit within the first 30 min of runners coming in? Why wait a couple hours?Maybe is was supposed to go off in the beginning....but if it was cellphone related and they used ATT, then it took longer to reach it's destination.

could it be a DST malfunction??? Did the leaders finish an hour before the explosion? Perhaps prepaid cell phone with wrong date set??
