They should be careful of another explosion after responders arrive. This could’ve been a natural gas pipe or electrical malfunction..It is also a well-known tactic of terrorists to wait for the arrival of emergency personel and then detonate a second bomb to get THEM. I just heard on the radio that they have found a second, unexploded, device.
