Seems a bit early to draw conclusions about the perp(s).
Wording is everything...perhaps not in custody, but probably being questioned while in hospital. Expect an arrest/custody later when they can prove their suspicions.
Maybe 0dumb0 & Holder have already fasttracked the Saudi muzzie out of the country and back to Saudi Arabia, to squash any investigation. I wouldn't put it past these traitors to do this!
