They arrested him him for running from the site of an explosion??? Hell, New York City jails must have been crowded after 9/11 what with arresting all those folks running from the scene of explosions.
The police actually arrested this guy because he was running? Sounds like it, if they are not letting him leave.

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, he may have been the only to recognize what was transpiring...however if it turns out he did have something to do with it, well then....
