If I were a betting person I would say this “person of interest” lives in that building. The reason why they keep on calling him a “person of interest” is so that he won’t lawyer up, at least that is what Kimberly Guilfoyle said..the second you name him a suspect he can demand an attorney and demand his miranda rights read to him
