Disgrunted right wingerer. Wicker was political counsel to Trent Lott. I don’t give anybody in that position the benefit of the doubt, when it comes to being a constitutionalist.
In his final year as Representative, Wicker topped the list in earmarks.

I don't know much about Wicker. The superficial review I've done so far strikes me as an opportunist, would likely run under whichever party he thought would bring him the most power and money. Probably has all sorts of enemies.
Wicker is a far-right Republican according to GovTrack's own analysis of bill sponsorship.
He seems to speak out on 2nd amendment, was involved in a move to defund Obamacare. So, not as milquetoast as Lott.
