The Duo pressure cooker line is an upgrade from the Elite in terms of pressure settings which has 8 and 15 psi (pounds per square inch) for cooking delicate and tougher textured foods. The Elite only has 15 psi that doesnt offer the option to automatically set for cooking seafood and vegetables. Youll have to shorten the cooking time to make it work.”

That website comparison is wrong.
I own a Fagor Elite with the identical bottom stamp as the pressure cooker found at the scene.
It has two pressure settings, 8 and 15 psi.
It was made in Spain and is labeled so.
The Duo has a different bottom label that includes the 18/10 stainless.
