Investigator Pleads For Help In Marathon Bombing Probe: "Someone Knows Who Did This"

The FBI’s lead investigator into the Boston Marathon bombings on Tuesday made a passionate plea for information from the public, saying the “range of suspects and motives remains wide open” as the probe into who might be responsible for the attacks begins. “Someone knows who did this,” said Richard DesLauriers, the special agent in charge of the FBI’s Boston office. “Importantly, the person who did this is someone’s friend, neighbor, coworker or relative. We are asking anyone who may have heard someone speak about the marathon, or the date of April 15, in any way that indicated that he or she may have targeted this event to call us.”

The FBI released him just like Whitey Bulger.

No interest in the welfare of Americans, as they
gave them BOTH license to murder Americans.

America is defending terrorists and arming terrorists
under this Administration.

I so agree they already know who did it! But we never will... it will all fade away just like Benghazi because it is just way too inconvenient an enemy. Unless of course, it does happen to be some “right wing nut” they can blame it on, then we will never hear the end of it! Are there people who actually believe BO will get these guys and bring them to justice?

How much do you want to bet that left leaning sleuths are only looking for white men, while we may first look for darker Arabians, we still look for anything suspicious?

As a long time prosecutor, I discovered the five rules of successful criminal conduct:

1. Make it worth your while
2. Act alone
3. Do it only once
4. Never tell anyone what you are going to do or what you have done
5. Try to not be too obvious

Anyone who is caught and prosecuted has broken one or more of these rules. If the Boston Bomber kept these rules, it can be pretty tough.

Looks like the type of black backpack that one guy was carrying then later leaving without. Or completely coincidental. Just trying to piece things together.. Edit from Update Thread #7: White cap guy with backpack.

Same white capped guy leaving (what looks like) without that backpack. He is in bottom right of picture.

Keep in mind that I'm just throwing stuff out there, and bringing a few things from the last thread.

"Someone Knows Who Did This"

Not necessarily. Look how long Ted Kozinski got away with his evil before someone caught on to what he was. You don't have to be part of a group to make and set a bomb.

He is correct in that. However, that someone happens to be the fbi and just as everything else that has happened during the obama Administraton, Fast and Furious, Brn Guazi [sp?], ect, the general public wiill never been given the truth. Later on down the road, when they manufacture the evidence to match the facts, look for them yto arrest someone described as a disgruntled, Government hating,White male vetern Christian gun owing tax payer. If they can portray him to also be a Tea Party participant, that will be a bonus.

6. Don’t do it in a crowd. Too many witnesses.

If the guy put it down shortly before it went off, someone will remember that detail. The longer it sat there, the least likely someone will remember.
The biggest problem is that we have become less focused on “who and why” and more focused on “how”.

Maybe they aren’t as good as people think. After all look at all the idiots that are politically in charge. We have more intel agencies and federal law enforcement alphabet groups than we do small businesses in this country and the best they can do is get their info from SPLC bulletins.

Bingo! What they do REALLY well is support themselves at the expense of Americans who actually do something that people want. Look at Kozinski. They would have NEVER caught him if his brother hadn't gotten suspicious of him.

The FBI is the worst, all about back stabbing and climbing the ladder of seniority of which is taught to make all of them that much competitive against each other.

the FBI is smart, its agents are smarter than most, they are driven by being absolutely aggressive.

When they take a passive stance I smell an overturned outhouse.

You are right. With all the reports of prayer rugs and jihadist paraphernalia found along the Mexican border, there are likely small independent jihadist sleeper cells scattered around the country.

One of those groups could have traveled in from a few states over, done their thing and then slipped back out. It could be really hard to catch them.

Was a mistake made in releasing that Saudi national?

Either he's bait, in which case I take my thoughts about this back, or it was a deliberate attempt to cover up an obvious AQ attack.

The FBI didn’t investigate the Benghazi massacre for six weeks, and nothing has been accomplished in bringing anyone to justice. Why should we believe that they are capable of doing this job?

“Special Agent DesLauriers is not inspiring a great deal of confidence that they will get their man. Elliot Ness he is not.”

NO KIDDING! The first time this bunch held a news conference, I had no doubt they would NOT find their “man”! They seem SO INCOMPETENT! What do you expect from a bunch of LIBERALS?

Or it could be a single individual carrying out jihad on his own. In that event it would be very unlikely that he would ever be caught.

I can believe the bait part, he will be watched by a horde of drones from the big eye in the sky to probably a few of the latest bugs.

Which look and act just like real bugs.
Yes they are real, very real, not like a cockroach with a super glued LED on its head but miniature insect appearing “bugs”.

Someone does know, so let’s start at the top and work down. Go to the White House first and work down from there.
