The FBI and state and local police are intensifying their probe into Monday's bombing at the finish line of the Boston Marathon, vowing a "worldwide investigation" and appealing to the public for tips and cell phone pictures that might yield clues about who was behind the horrific attack.

"At this time there are no claims of responsibility," FBI officials said in a press conference Tuesday. "The range of suspects and motives remains wide open."

Three died and at least 176 were injured when two bombs went off just before 3 p.m., shattering a festive atmosphere several hours after the legendary race began on the city's 238th annual Patriots' Day.

I know this and similar links have been posted, but it bears repeating. Folks who were there may not even know that they know / saw something. They should review all video footage and photos they took on Monday and send anything that looks in any way 'off' to the authorities in Boston.

Could it be that all facets of Obama’s politicized government is as incompetent as Obama himself?

Someone Knows

Yup.....and I'm betting Valerie Jarrett, BO, Huma Abedin and the rest of the MB crowd are well aware of who is responsible for this.

We’ve had a lot of glory-seeking terrorists. But the most dangerous type of terrorist is the non-publicity-seeking kind who is seeking to inflict maximum damage.

I think we have about 20 Boston freepers, we’ll ask them at some point.

It would have been nice if they had shown where the bombs went off.

Given some of the news and how the government is [not] reacting I suspect you are correct. My question would be “was it allowed to happen, or a false-flag op?”

Hundreds of billions of dollars spent. Countless rights curtailed, violated and eliminated.

And the end result is bupkis.

DHS had no idea this was coming but somehow the enormous piece of shit Napolitano knows it's not part of something bigger. Really?

The gubment has been watching the right. Blaming us for every problem they have and yet the attacks keep coming from the left.

A war is coming. The left and the gubment (redundant) are pushing for it. It will be ugly beyond anything you may know.

Boston Freeper here. I was in downtown but stayed away from the marathon as I almost always do. The finish line is the most crowded area and the only people who go to that area are out-of-towners, local area workers or friends and relatives of the runners.

Between this case and the Dormer case one has to wonder about the fedgov.

The investigation and behavior of gov’t officials certainly seems odd to me. Then there’s the rather chilling fact that Al Qaeda hasn’t taken credit; read where they usually do within 24 hours.

But.........assuming the unthinkable, what’s the motive? I don’t see one. The only thing that has occurred to me is that they plan to use this to establish a pattern of violating Posse Comitatus, or perhaps to roll out a DHS program to set up road side (state) border checkpoints between the states themselves whereby people/goods entering a State would be subjected to profiling and vehicle search?

Really? I see several: It puts violence into the minds of the people and could have been thought to help rally support for more control/intrusion*. It could have been designed to take the focus off of the gun-ban talks. It could be to get people to clamor for 'protection' and institute more police-state tactics. Remember Benghazi and Fast & Furious, these people have no problems sacrificing lives for their agenda.

* - This includes the possibility of having the government involved in all sales/business-transaction.

That's another possibility.

If I remember correctly, it was at least a week before AQ publicly claimed credit for the 911 attacks. Seems like their saying nothing could be a strategy to extend the terror. Once someone comes forward and admits responsibility, a fraction of the fear is reduced. Not knowing will get you every time.

Well if you’re remembering correctly.......there’s truth in what you say; the not knowing will get you every time. I don’t know why, but I thought they claimed credit for the attack within a day or 2 of the event, but I could be all wrong.

Of course, another possibility is that they took credit sooner then now because they had something resembling an intact leadership. I haven’t heard or read of any one central leadership personality with them these days since Osama is gone.

So, in effect, what we’re talking about is “conditioning”.
