Dealers can proceed with a sale if they have not been denied in 3 days (or is it 5?). Anyway, silence is approval after a short period of time.
Isn’t there a certain time limit on 4473 BG checks.... No reply from FBI then your considered good to go and can pick up said firearm purchase ?
My CHL gives me a pass in a background check here in Texas .
If true and he suspends background checks I will go buy a new gun, get my picture taken with it and the local paper for a DTG proof and my middle finger saluting the POTUS POS Precedent and his EO seditious BS power play......
