Which American consular officer in one of our consulates or the US Embassy in Saudi Arabia, SIGNED OFF on final approval to grant him a visa to visit the USA? This should be made public knowledge. A F.O.I.A. request is in order. Such a person should be fired as an example of poor due diligence and background check, or at least docked six months pay and get a letter of reprimand put into their State Dept. personnel file. I am serious. We should demand accountability from our diplomatic stations abroad who allow riff raff into our country, people who are already persona non grata for whatever reason, before we affix the seal to any US document of theirs.
