Microsoft today was awarded a $100 Million dollar Contract from the Dept. of Homeland Security for implementation of its revolutionary UPYOURS [Umbrella Pattern-Yielding Observational Ultra Recognition System] at all major universities and colleges to identify and prevent campus attacks by umbrella-wielding terorists.
