If this is true, Zer0 needs to be impeached. But he won’t because we have a spineless, gutless, chicken sh!t Congress. Period. He won't be impeached because we have a Democrat controlled Senate. The House of Representatives can bring up articles of impeachment, but it will go nowhere.
Of course, what you wrote about Congress is also true.
