Made no sense to me either, but I only caught a part of it. Thought maybe somebody else heard it. Could be the Boston accent got me.
The standard wear for many arabs is white loose fitting pants and a long sleeved shirt, no collar, length below the buttocks.
Easy to be confused with pajamas in the west
