That was my thought. If the car had Mass plates, they probably drove right by me (Syracuse), you (Buffalo) and headed for the border crossing at Niagara Falls. It used to be easy getting into Canada at the falls, I’m guessing not so much now.
This summer it was easy going to Canada at the falls, but you needed a passport to get back.
