Ha! Remember the American kid who spit on the pavement in Singapore?

He was arrested and ‘caned’ for punishment!

An American can't spit on the sidewalk when abroad, but foreign nationals get the kid glove treatment HERE, even IF they are murderers!!

FYI, the kid didn’t spit on the sidewalk, he vandalized/spray painted graffiti on cars.
