The name “Dzhokar” is interesting. He may have been named for Chechen separatist president Dzhnokar Dudaev, who was killed by a Russian guided missile in 1996. If this kid is 19 years old, then he would have been born in 1994 during de facto Chechen independence. I think that his family must have anti-Russian sympathies in order to name him Dzhokar.
To say nothing of the brother named for the Islamic genocidal mass murderer Tamerlane, famous for his “pyramids of skulls”.
