They had dozens of bombs and only managed to set off two. Imagine if they’d actually planned to place them all and then detonate them. We have been fortunate in that the people who have attacked us so far did not have the ability to really cause massive damage. A dirty bomb could cause us to lose the use of most, if not an entire city. Dozens of bombs could go off for months, long after the men who placed them were gone. If they were pros there would be no trace of who they really were. The bombs would have been placed along the route hours before all the video. (It was a mistake to show how much video was taken as the next group will learn from this.) They didn’t shut down the city, the police did. (Foolish of the police and a bad precedent.)
I mean no disrespect to the people who died. But imagine if this were done with the same ability as, say a few Navy Seals. These guys were amateur dreamers with delusions of grandeur.
We will now hear story after story explaining why they did such a thing, and how they were shaped by the 'tragic' history of their country.
Nothing will be said about Islam.
And today the Senate wants a bill to open our borders even more to these animals, while telling us how they are 'going to make border security stronger'.
