Sheltering in Place is the DHS term at their buildings as a place of shelter with-in the building during an “Occurrence”
They have just migrated it and with the medias help pushed it onto to the populous.
For this event many are OK with it and so far no one has challenged it.
Cops are definitely talking now about how long can we keep the public at bay and locked in?
Not long although this is MASS and they wouldn’t say shit if they had a mouth full and there mouths have be full for a long time.
I would assume although the city is issuing orders in effect they are not being enforced and the “lockdown” is voluntary except in areas where they have active crime scenes. Most people probably are staying inside because they want to. If police are searching homes etc without a warrant that is a different story...
