Seriously, that could be an answer. Here is a logical approach that any one of us would have taken: Step 1 - run a keyword search for “terrorist” or “radical” along with the address “Boston.” Step 2 - take the list of hits and divide them up among the investigators. Step 3 - send officers to each address. Yes, the exercise may not itself end up with the suspects, but at the least it would cross off the obvious.
