Boston Bomber Could Have Been Deported After 2009 Arrest
Judicial Watch ^ | April 19, 2013

Updated 4 p.m. Friday related to arrest versus conviction issue: One of the Chechen terrorists who carried out the Boston Marathon bombings could have been deported years ago after a criminal arrest and/or conviction and the other was granted American citizenship on the 11th anniversary of the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil.

Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the 26-year-old killed in a wild shootout with police, was a legal U.S. resident who nevertheless could have been removed from the country after a 2009 domestic violence arrest and conviction, according to a Judicial Watch source. That means the Obama administration missed an opportunity to deport Tsarnaev but evidently didn’t feel he represented a big enough threat.

Other reporting confirms Tsarnaev’s arrest for domestic violence but we’re seeking confirmation of a conviction. Nevertheless he would have been subject to removal for the arrest itself.

Adding insult to injury, the other bomber, little brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, was rewarded with American Citizenship on September 11, 2012 in Boston, according to JW’s source. The 19-year-old, who is still on the run, was granted asylum in Arlington Virginia on September 27, 2002, JW’s source reveals.

Years before these Chechen terrorists carried out the Boston Marathon bombings Judicial Watch uncovered critical intelligence documents detailing al Qaeda’s activities in Chechnya, including the creation of a 1995 camp—ordered by Osama bin Laden—to train “international terrorists” to carry out plots against Americans and westerners.

The goal, according to the once-classified documents obtained by JW in 2011, was to “establish a worldwide Islamic state capable of directly challenging the U.S., China, Russia, and what it views as Judeo-Christian and Confucian domination.” Further, radical Islamic regimes were to be established and supported everywhere possible, from “sea to sea,” including Chechnya. “Terrorist activities are to be conducted against Americans and westerners…” according to the report.....

It’s what the media and government are saying. What other source of information do we proles have?

“It’s over”, Shep is repeating, “It’s over”.

You’re absolutely right; its far from over. This is a long term problem and we’re just now seeing another dimension of terrorism that has come to these shores.

No way these two guys were the entire cell. Terrorists are like mice. When you see one or two you can be sure there’s a nest somewhere and infestation will soon follow if you don’t eradicate them. Terrorists don’t operate as lone wolves; they need information, training, money, support and direction from others.

Hey, they may be guilty, but I am going to reserve judgement until there is more proof. It wouldn’t be the first time they got it wrong. Weren’t there several suspects before these two. Somehow the profile of these two kids seems doubtful to me.

I don't trust the gov't or the MSM.

But if they had wanted to fabricate a couple of fall guys, they would've picked better patsies for their cause. These two Chechens don't help Obama at all.

My understanding is that there was no conviction, and therefore may not have been deportable since he was here legally.

Even so, the suggestion was that the Russians - who themselves have had plenty of experience with Chechnyan terrorism - already warned the Feds about this turkey.

Fox has been covering stories that other networks have wanted to ignore - such as the Benghzi murders.

Why would Obama supporters in the media and Massachusetts try to make trouble for Dear Leader?

Yes he is.

Not one family member of these two terrorists called the authorities when their photos were shown.

Judicial Watch: One of Boston suspects should have been deported

PHOENIX — The slain Boston Marathon bombing suspect should have been deported in 2009, said Chris Farrell with Judicial Watch.

Farrell said 26-year-old Tamerlan Tsarnaev was in the United States after being offered asylum but should have been deported after being convicted of domestic violence.

“The Citizenship and Immigration Services, part of [the Department of Homeland Security], did nothing,” he said. “Makes no connection between his criminal behavior and his status of trying to gain citizenship here.”

Is it certain these people are the actual culprits? I have a felling that might not be the case.

Nick, you saw video of two guys who look like Dzhokhar and Tamerlan carrying backpacks through the crowd. You saw the one who looked like Dzhokhar place a backpack where the second explosion took place. And, by now, you've heard several witnesses -- like the auto mechanic -- identify Dzhokhar and Tamerlan as, in fact, the guys in the video.

Plus, a month's supply of bombs were found in their living quarters and their car.

Yeah, they're the guys -- complete with motive.

Why watch Fox? They are just as bad as the other networks. Also, given how many tubes of lip gloss are applied to the news babes, why would you give them any credibility?
+++++++++++++
Confession Time. I watched the MSNBC coverage of today's events with the full intention of focusing on opposition research. Surprisingly, they had the best coverage of the day, at least IMHO.

There was just no room for the normal lib bias when the cops are chasing down a Chechnyan terrorist who was known to have committed horrendous murders over the last few days.

A brief reprieve from normal MSNBC nonsense. It will be back to normal by tomorrow if not already.

I never heard they found bombs in the living quarters and car. That’s pretty damning. But walking around with backpacks? I’m sure they could find a picture of you or I in a crowd somewhere and claim we were guilty. Ever heard of Richard Jewell?
