"Hey Joe sell me a nuclear bomb and a (sic) ammunition?"

Ammunition is plural.

"They put out a bid for a certain number of a specified product and take the lowest bid in general for large purchases."

Occasionally. More frequently in modern ammunition solicitations a contract is awarded on the basis of "Best Value" to the government which includes such aspects as previous government contract history, quality, delivery, customer service, production capacity, woman or minority owned, etc.

"Well excuse me for not (sic) proper kings english (sic)! " Do you know proper English usage?

"You must be form (sic) the east!" No.

"I am sorry you do not understand slang."

Your apology is accepted. For the record, I well understand street slang, profanity and the speech mannerisms of under-educated, unrefined and rude people.

"Wouldn't it be boring if we all spoke and wore (sic) form the same book of instruction?"

Such an asinine comment hardly deserves comment, but do you believe drivers should be able to choose which side of the highway upon which to drive or the threads on light bulbs shouldn't be standardized or that the "Cold" faucet is on the right side, etc?

There are very solid reasons why civilized people standardize many aspects of life, including communications.

Having access to a keyboard does not make you a standard by which others should emulate. Heaven forbid!
