Has anything come out about how these two guys obtained money to live and go to school, and for the older one to spend six months in Russian, and to obtain supplies for their bombs, etc.?
Their parents are both back in Russia and I’ve heard nothing about how the two financed their money needs.
That would be an important part of any investigation. If anything already came out about it, the investigators wouldn’t like that. They’re trying to build a legal case.

In Boston. The father lives in Russia. But there are uncles and other family members in Boston in considerable numbers.
