The police chief of the Watertown police department shares amazing new details of the chase for the Boston bombings suspects from Thursday night into Friday evening:
The police chief, Edward Deveau, describes how cops nearly apprehended the older suspect, and were placing handcuffs on him in the middle of the street Thursday night, when the younger suspect came at officers in a carjacked SUV. The cops were able "to dive out of the way," and the younger suspect then continued to drive directly over his brother and dragging him through the street. That's how the older suspect died, according to the police chief.
The younger suspect eventually dumped the SUV and ran into the darkness of the night, according to the police chief. It took nearly 18 hours and massive manhunt to find the younger suspect. He gave himself up after a 20-minute negotiation with the FBI, he said, but not before the suspect fired more rounds at the authorities.
The bombers were armed with "pipe bombs and explosives," some of which appear to have been homemade hand-grenades. They had "at least 6 bombs, if you will," says the chief. They also had a some guns.
The chief also says that "there was a major explosion in the middle of the gun fight" between officers and the suspects, Thursday night, when a pressure cooker bomb, like the ones used in the Boston Marathon bombings, went off in the residential area.

The younger one was a stupid nervous wreck...As reported by an auto body shop owner he visited after the bombings to retrieve his Mercedes. So he was trying to kill the police not his brother. But being a nervous wreck he failed

I question that, I saw the video of the older brother spread eagle on the road or driveway near a funeral home with police with guns drawn. I feel certain there would be video of the brother running over him if it had happened during this time.
Now this is bizarre. When the first video finished, there was an icon of the dead #1. I clicked it and saw this video. Are those Watertown police cars?

At first I didn’t give a care how he died, but I am so glad that I read this story. So his idiot brother killed him. Good! Now let’s work on killing the younger brother now.
You saw a video of someone else who they arrested for another crime. If you look closely you will see that the older brother looks different ( e.g. Hair, build, face) than the one you see in the video.
I know two radical liberals who I asked if they were upset that this dooshbag didn’t receive his miranda rights as an American and they said, “well if our government decided they didn’t need to be, that is ok with me”. Idiots! A shame I have to have them in my life (even from a distance).

I have been thinking on the issue of search and seizure.
The story is that the police searched the boat but found nothing. Later the owner saw blood and the suspect and called the cops.
If the cops actually found the suspect but were conducting an unauthorized search, did they need the owner to find him to insure hs rights against search were not violated?
The Waterton house to house was a massive warrantless search operation. What would have happened if someone requested a warrant? Was the initial warrantless search of the boat the forbidden tree from which the fruit would require the capture to be illegal?
