Short and sweet, very true.

jpsb, it's the Saudis that would be in big financial trouble if we stopped pumping money to them to funnel to the terrorists.

If we pulled back all of the draconian restrictions on drilling, exploring, fracking, pipelines etc the economy of the US would soar with millions of jobs, money for oil straying in this country, and we could be fuel sufficient in a very short time.

And gas would be reasonably priced again.

There are other reasons we prop up the Saudis which hopefully will rise to the top like foundry scum soon.
