In short order, the unionized teacher accused Little Johnny of purposefully chewing a cookie into a gun shape and frightening the entire region.
Thinking quickly, Little Johnny chewed another cookie into a finger to the oaf of a teacher and was declared Mayor Deluxe!
Then all the people were happy :)
