CHARLOTTE, N.C. Police said they are investigating after a home intruder was shot and killed while trying to force his way into a Charlotte apartment.
WBTV reported that the shooting happened around 3 a.m. Sunday at the Alta Grove apartments on Season Grove Lane in northwest Charlotte.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg homicide investigators said the intruder was shot after struggling over a weapon with the man who lived there.
Authorities said the apartment resident suffered a minor gunshot wound to the hand. They said a woman was also at the apartment and was not injured.
Officials said the intruder was pronounced dead at the scene. They said his name and other identifying information is being withheld until his family is notified.
Sure with hold is name, but why other identifying info?
Why does Chris Matthews and the DNC get so freaked when one of the party constituents gets x’ed out?
They guy will be voting for decades.
Officials said the intruder was pronounced dead at the scene.
I'll bet the criminal won't try that again very soon. Who says criminals can't reform or be helped to improve their lives?

LOL
Yes, but the lib body snatchers will count this as a “victim of gun violence” you know....
Per caught, perp shot. Sounds like a happy ending to the story..
It appears that the ‘death’ penalty is a very effective deterrent. The guilty party is effectively deterred from ever committing any crimes ever again.
