I am indeed, Laplata. We've gone to 10 hour days seven days per week now. I'm glad - I need the overtime and the $$$.

The overtime is not mandatory, although it is "strongly encouraged." I need no encouragement - I need the bucks and in this economy, I'm not ashamed to say it.
