A West Virginia teen arrested and accused of nearly inciting a riot after a confrontation with a teacher over his National Rifle Association t-shirt has inspired dozens of students across his county to wear similar apparel in solidarity.

Jared Marcum, 14, had a confrontation Thursday with a Logan Middle School teacher over his NRA t-shirt, which bears the organization's logo, along with an image of a hunting rifle and the phrase, "Protect your right."

Wrong NRA. Socialists would love this one though:

Yes, the "Blue Eagle" National Recovery Act campaign. We damn near went the way the Nazis in the 1930s ourselves.

Getting real close to MLK style civil disobedience time here IMHO.

It's the next logical step, in my opinion, and the last stop before full scale revolt.

Time is precious. We'd better get to it.

I remember the “NRA” (National Recovery Act). That was when I was teaching myself to read. I think that Blue Eagle was on magazine covers too, up in the corner somewhere. Wasn’t the law declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court? I’m pretty sure it was gone by the time I started first grade in 1935.

At least the bombing served a good purpose as an excuse for a martial law drill.

It would be a hoot to put the old National Recovery Act logo on a t-shirt and set up some stupid teacher, principal and school district. You know they’d swallow that bait hook, line and sinker.

Sue?

Why waste the time?

A more direct approach would resonate a lot clearer.
