there is a formula regarding how many students are actually in public schools. Every child that withdraws means less money for public schools and administrators.
If ALL parents, hypothetically, sent their children to private schools or homeschooled, then there would be zero dollars in the formula for the public schools.
The administrator accomplished his task with this slap letter. It was not for these parents it was to send a message that the union will harrass anyone else who tries.
Then, where do all the state collected tax funds for school districts go? To the unions?
I'm beginning more and more to see that vouchers are the ONLY solution.
