I have a snow bird neighbor from MA and she is such a lost cause. I remarked one day about all the laws and regulations taking our freedom and she didn’t have a clue what I meant. I tried explaining it to her, but quickly realized she had no idea what freedom even means. It was like talking to someone from another planet; she can only see the “good” in laws and regulations and felt there was no downside. She is not an in your face liberal, but has had way to much Kool aid- if you say anything against Obama or his policies she tears up as though she is so hurt she will cry.
had a guy from CT move next door, he chopped all the trees down and took all my shade as well as his.
he then complains about how the sun is hitting his house an dhow the AC is always on in the summer.
He still then knocks down trees on land behind him and me which doe snot even belong to him and all because he hates leaves on his grass.
He moans about that we have no street lights, no sidewalks and wants the county to build them where we live and yet moans about taxes and how much he pays even though we voted to reduce property taxes in this county.
He moans about critters on his lawn and yet when I said get a gun he said he hates guns, I then I said get a pellet gun then and he still said no guns at all.
All this guy ever does is complain and now he moans about moving here, moans about if a kid goes by on an ATV, he moans about everything and yet we live in a residential but classed as open rural area with lots of trees , infact woods behind us too.
Got talking to him about being more free in north east FL and how we don;t have all those awful laws here like up in the north east and he still doesn;t get it and I see him peering over when we have a fire in our backyard and even called the county because I built a screen room with no permit and trust me everyone does here because we never see county or cops here.
Wit till he sees the chicks and ducks we have and when we let them roam when they’re big enough LOL.
I have a horse too but the yard is not big enough to keep her here and the other north east woman who owns the land behind me won;t sell even though she can’t get to it and she’s in her 90’s
